SB 224                                                                                            
The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 10,                                 
2004, calendar (page 4120), was read the third time:                                                
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 224(STA)                                                                
     "An Act relating to a minor operating a vehicle after consuming                                
     alcohol, to a minor refusing to submit to chemical tests, and to                               
     driving during the 24 hours after being cited for one of those                                 
     offenses; and providing for an effective date."                                                
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall CSSB 224(STA) pass the House?"  The

Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the                             
effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                
                                                                                                    
CSSB 224(STA) was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and                                         
returned to the Senate.
