The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 10,                                 
2004, calendar (page 4120), was read the third time:                                                
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 224(STA)                                                                
     "An Act relating to a minor operating a vehicle after consuming                                
     alcohol, to a minor refusing to submit to chemical tests, and to                               
     driving during the 24 hours after being cited for one of those                                 
     offenses; and providing for an effective date."                                                
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall CSSB 224(STA) pass the House?"  The
